The official Bilibili app comes from two places only: Google Play and Bilibili's own site. If you are outside mainland China, install the international edition — package name com.bilibili.app.in, also linked from bilibili.tv. The mainland app expects a mainland phone number and payment method.

Yes — Bilibili distributes its Android app through Google Play and through its own site at app.bilibili.com. Those are the only two sources that can be verified as genuine. Any other site offering a "Bilibili APK" is redistributing a copy you cannot authenticate.
